GM Marketing attends Filippo Berio’s 40th Anniversary Celebrations

The UK’s leading Olive Oil brand, Filippo Berio celebrated 40 years of business in the UK and Ireland with a glamourous lunch in the Italian Embassy, London.

Walter Zanre, CEO of Filippo Berio welcomed guests to the Embassy, thanking those who have helped Filippo Berio reach this precious 40 year milestone. Among the guests were Gerard McAdorey, GM Marketing’s Managing Director and Russ Barnard, Commercial Director.

MasterChef finalist and Italian Embassy Head chef, Danilo Cortellini served an exquisite lunch to guests cooked with Filippo Berio oils, and the guests enjoyed entertainment from Opera Brava, the UK’s leading touring opera company.

In early 2018, GM Marketing were appointed official distributor of Filippo Berio brands in Ireland gaining substantial sales growth. Last year, Filippo Berio invested over €500k in Ireland supporting an above the line and media campaign to drive awareness and trial with fantastic results.
